Welcome to Holy Name's Online Book Order Form
Before you start, please read the following information regarding the book sale.
When you are done, you can begin the book order process by hitting the 'Accept' button to indicate you have read the information.
- Book Ordering
- UPDATING AN ORDER: If you update an order, please re-submit the entire order. This helps ensure we fill the order properly.
- A separate order must be submitted for each student.
- Prices listed on the order selection pages are subject to change and are used to provide an estimated price for a new book.
- All books contain a selection for a 'Desired Price Range'. This choice is used to select a book that best meets your desires for condition and price.
- Student used books are limited in supply and are the lowest priced books. We cannot guarantee that everyone who wants a student used book will receive one.
- If you need to order two sets of books for any reason, please include a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of the shopping cart page.
- You must fill in all fields in the Student Information page. The contact number is optional but strongly recommended in case there is a problem with the order.
- Book Pick-Up
- Pick up times are listed in your letter. If you can't make that time, please include a note with an alternate pick-up date in the 'Special Instructions' field on the shopping cart page.
- Any books not picked up before the start of school are returned to the shelves (this means if you ordered used books, you may not get them).
- Book Return Policy
- Only books purchased at the Holy Name Bookstore can be returned to the Holy Name Bookstore.
- Student Used books cannot be returned to the bookstore unless a course change requires a new book (a note from Guidance AND a receipt is required). The book can be used for an exchange only.
- New books and books from a used book company can be returned for a full refund within the first week of school provided you have a receipt.
